The body becomes a stepping stone in the progress towards blossoming into your ultimate possibility.Yogapaadha conducts Hatha Yoga Programs trained by Isha Hatha School of Yoga trained teacher. Programs are conducted on monthly basis.

* Some practices taught in the session are also available online to practice. This session conducted is structured by an Isha Hatha Yoga Trainer. The participants get the opportunity to fine tune their practices through these 10 dedicated sessions and clarify any questions regarding the same. Ongoing support regarding other practices will be available after the sessions based on the availability of the teacher.
Programs for different age levels
Surya Kriya, Yogasanas, Angamardhana and Bhuta Shuddhi are conducted periodically at Yogapaadha, mostly one program in each month. The schedule will be published here.
