The body becomes a stepping stone in the progress towards blossoming into your ultimate possibility.Yogapaadha conducts Hatha Yoga Programs trained by Isha Hatha School of Yoga trained teacher. Programs are conducted on monthly basis.

Age limit: 14 and above
Please come in empty stomach condition - 4 hours after full meal - 2.5 hours after a snack - 1.5 hours after a beverage or juice (No restrictions for having water)
Programs for different age levels
Surya Kriya, Yogasanas, Angamardhana and Bhuta Shuddhi are conducted periodically at Yogapaadha, mostly one program in each month. The schedule will be published here. Bhuta Shuddhi means “purification of the elements,” and is a process of cleansing the 5 elements within the human system (i.e. earth, water, fire, air and space).
