Yogapaadha is envisioned to transmit Isha Hatha Yoga practices to individuals, providing tools for them
to explore life in its full potential. The programs are conducted by a teacher trained by Isha Hatha School of Yoga.
The venue is a minimal closed space setup on the roof top of the instructor's home with the necessary ambience for conducting the Hatha Yoga programs. The space can accommodate 12 to 15 participants according to the type of the program. Follow up sessions are conducted occasionally which can be used by the participants to support their practices moving forward.
Hatha Yoga stems from a deep understanding of the mechanics of the body, and uses yogic postures, or yogasanas, to enable the system to sustain higher levels of energy. By practicing this profound science, one can change and enhance the way one thinks, feels, and experiences life.
Yoga paadha offers various Hatha Yoga programs powered by Isha Hatha School of Yoga, designed by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev. Sessions are conducted by Isha Hatha Yoga Trainer. Programs including Angamardhana, Suryakriya, Yogasanas or Bhuta Shuddhi used to be conducted on a monthly basis.
